Augustine Die & Mold’s large, dual head waterjet cutting machine (WCM) can efficiently cut most materials with high accuracy. With the WCM having a bed size of 8′ x 24′, and over 55,000 psi of jet pressure, no job is too large, or too small.
We can cut almost any shape from all types of material and complex assemblies; including materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, copper, titanium, plastics, composites, glass, and much more.
The WCM is capable of complex and difficult shapes, such as inside corners, notches, architectural, and artistic shapes. Being a CAD driven process, the WCM also offers the capability of repeatability. This is not available with most other cutting methods and can be used for cutting composites, and plastics that cannot tolerate heat, mechanical damage or delamination.
